Common Questions

  • Are Payments Recurring?
    Yes, When you make payments to fanfire, you do it in either Crypto or Fiat. All recurring crypto payments have to be authorised manually from your wallet hence, recurring payments are not enabled automatically. This is different for fiat payments. Fiat subscription payments will be recurring by default.
    You will however, be alerted when your subscription is about to expire to renew it. A better option is to choose the annual subscriptions.
  • Which currency do you charge in?
    For easy understanding, all charges are displayed in USD, however you make payments in multiple Crypto currencies all of which is shown to you on the payment tab.
  • How easy is it to cancel?
    As easy as a few clicks.
    Open the setting page on the dashboard and click the cancel button. Follow the guide to cancel your account.
  • What Blockchain will fanfire work with?
    Fanfire services are designed from the ground up to be chain agnostic. At the moment, this is not a requirement for our url shortening service. However, for new service provisions, we may start with one chain, but will continuously add support for multiple blockchains for every service offering.
  • Do you accept crypto in exchange for service?
    Yes! we accept a varied amount of crypto currencies. These are shown on the payment menu.
    However, our native token is $fire and as a result we'll be giving users the option of exchanging their $fire tokens for our service.
  • Can I try for free?
    Some of our services come with a free or trial version with limited feature set or time bound that is useful enough to be a life saver.
  • What happens if I buy a different plan?
    When you purchase a different plan from an earlier plan, your remaining subscription time from the previous plan is automatically replaced with the new plan while you'll have access to the privileges of the previous and upgraded plan.
